1. How do I get started with training at BARCH Richmond?

Book in for a call with one of the team and we will get in touch to help you in to what would be a good first class for you. We have such a wide variety of classes we always find people get a much better experience if they know what they are booking in to!

2. What can I expect in my first few training sessions?

A proper workout, clear coaching and we will break down any gym fears you have! We'll show you how things work, help you scale where needed, and make sure you're not left guessing.

3. Do you offer special discounts for students or seniors?

We do not.

4. Do you have top-notch equipment for strength training?

We do indeed! Concept 2, Echo Bikes, 8 bay rig.

5. Are you open 24/7?

No.

6. Do you have personal trainers available?

Yes - we have 10 coaches who all personal train at barch.

7. Do you offer affordable membership fees?

We pride ourselves on offering a very competitve unlmited membership.

8. Do you have childcare facilities?

No - however we do have our post natal sessions where you can train with your baby, we also offer teen sessions.

9. Are there any nearby landmarks or intersections to help me find your gym?

Right next to the Kew Pogada and situated in the famous and historical London Welsh RFC.

10. Is there parking available at your gym, and how do I get there?

Yes - we ave ample off road parking and verty lucky, it is 2 hour free per day.
