Weekend Blow Out

What does everyone want to do after the weekend, get a good sweat on and sweat the weekend out! Circuit training at it’s best – nothing too technical after the weekend with movements. Get your head down and expect hard graft, a lot of sweat and some fun along the way. Stations are around 40 seconds each –  Sweat the weekend out of you!
