During the COVID-19 crisis we are running online sessions for everyone (members and non-members). These will run over Zoom so we can keep check on what you guys are doing and also to give you a bit of that much needed human interaction. Classes are capped to ensure everyone gets enough attention from the coach.
All of the BARCH coaches have got involved and we have set up a couple of different class types:
MONDAY – WEEKEND BLOWOUT – What does everyone want to do after the weekend? Get a good bead on and sweat the weekend out! Circuit training at its best – with nothing too technical. Get your head down and expect hard graft, a lot of sweat and some fun along the way. Stations are around 40 seconds each – if you have kit we can easily add it in.
TUESDAY AND THURSDAY – BARCH METCON, AMRAPS & EMOMS – Expect this to be tough, although don’t forget our BARCH values – you can rest whenever you want to, all we care about is technique – if you want to bring up the intensity, then it’s up to you.
WEDNESDAY – FULL BODY VOLUME – A BARCH class, but a little different. Slightly slower-paced, but still a hell of a session, this total body volume workout will go through several super sets, concentrating on high rep volume. This is tailored for our online structure and perfect if you are training with us every day.
FRIDAY – BARCH HIIT – Hello HIIT!! Our 5* HIIT class, every station is max 20 seconds, because anything more isn’t HIIT right?! 12 stations for you to enjoy!
SATURDAY – CHIPPER WORKOUT – Weekend already? Expect a big ol’ sweat fest here – a lot of volume, a lot of burpees, a lot of fun.
YOGA – We are very lucky to have an amazing teacher in Deon, who will be taking us through a yoga flow. Deon has a knack of making you feel super mindful and relaxed. We highly recommend giving this a go!
All classes will be £5 each or we offer weekly unlimited classes for £18 or monthly unlimited classes for £89. All sessions are run on Zoom. Zoom is a free online platform, when you book onto a session please email firstname.lastname@example.org or message 07775 338168 with your email address. We’ll then be able to send you the link to join the workout you’ve signed up for. Please try to be on your laptop/mobile/tablet 10 minutes before the class starts so we can ensure everyone is set up ready for the class to start.
