Intro to Strength Training Course
This is a 6-week course designed for new mums in the early stages of post-partum recovery. This is a progressive course that builds week on week. We focus on pelvic floor strengthening, breathing strategies, postural considerations & core activation (DR safe). This course will build your confidence and knowledge around strength training post-partum.

Strength & Conditioning Course
This 6-week course is for those mums who have already started basic exercise and feel ready to increase the intensity under the watchful eye of a qualified coach. These sessions are half-strength training and half-conditioning designed to work the whole body and get the heart rate up.
