Post Natal/Mums rebuild class

Tuesday 11.15am-12pm
•Circuits based class for new mums to build their strength, fitness and confidence. Focus to rebuild full body strength with particular attention to pelvic floor, core and posture.
If you would like to bring your baby and train with them, that would be great. We advise to bring them pre crawling

Gymnastics/Barbell

Wednesday 5pm 8pm
•This session will be split into gymnastics at the start then a barbell lift. 12 week blocks to get better at the skills. Think snatches, over head squats, wall walks, hand stand walks, toes to bar etc. If you want to learn a new skill at the gym, this is for you!

BARCH Teens 12-16 year olds

Wednesday 4.30pm-5.15pm
12-16 year olds. Learning the main lifts under expert coaching in a fun and motivating environment.
